Remark:

1. The validity period for overseas inland transportation fees is 20 days. Requotation is required once expired.

2. The above quotation is not applicable to single items with a gross weight exceeding 3000KGS, or dimensions exceeding 2 meters. Special delivery charges will apply for overweight or oversized items. These charges are based on actual costs. For items with special dimensions or overweight, please specify in the 'Special Requirements' section.

3. The quotation is based on general goods, stackable, forkliftable, and properly packed goods.

4. Unloading is the responsibility of the consignee. For goods subject to local customs clearance, there will be waiting fees for delivery vehicles. These fees are based on actual costs.

5. Delivery is only available in commercial/industrial areas with receiving docks. Additional delivery charges will apply for areas without receiving docks or in residential areas. Please declare in advance if the delivery address is in a customs bonded area.

6. The above quotation does not accept cash-on-delivery payments and is not applicable to dangerous goods, exhibition goods, or personal effects.

7. The above quotation does not include destination inspection, waiting, demurrage fees, or any other additional fees.

8. The above quotation for the overseas segment is not applicable to goods under the CFS-CFS terms.

9. The above quotation may vary due to changes in the number of items, packaging type, volume, gross weight, dimensions, and weight of individual items.

10. For customs clearance handled by the consignee, the consignee must provide an authorization letter and original customs clearance documents to the destination agent. Additional charges due to late provision of documents will be based on actual costs.

11. Tariffs and value-added tax (or consumption tax, or goods and service tax) at the destination will be notified upon arrival. The provided tax rates are for reference only, and the actual amount will be based on the final customs tax bill.

12. Storage fees will be charged based on the actual amount incurred.

13. The quoted shipping schedule is for reference only, and the actual schedule is subject to the freight schedule.

14. Shanghai Cstar reserves the right of interpretation for the above quotation.

2) 以上报价不适用于单件货物毛重超过3000KGS的货物，单件尺寸超过2M的货物，货物超重、超长，将产生特殊送货费用，此费用实报实销,如有特殊尺寸或超重货物，请填写在'特殊要求'内；

3) 报价基于普通货物、可叠放、可使用叉车装卸、并有妥善包装的货物；

4）由收货人负责卸货；属地报关的货物，送货车辆过境会产生待时费，此费用实报实销;

5）仅限商业区，且有收货月台；无收货月台或者是住宅区，将收取额外的送货费用；若送货地址为保税区，需事先声明；

6）以上报价不接受到付，不适用于危险品、展览品、私人物品；

7）以上报价不包括目的地查验费、送货待时费、滞期费等额外费用；

8）以上国外段报价不适用于CFS-CFS条款下的货物；

9）以上报价将因货物件数、包装类型、体积、毛重、长宽高尺寸、单件货重的变化而变化；

10）委托代做清关的，收货人需提供授权书及正本清关资料给目的地代理；若由于提供资料晚导致的额外费用，实报实销；

11）目的地关税及增值税（或消费税）到港后告知，预先提供税率只做参考,实际金额以海关最终税单为准收取，增值税由收货人承担；

12）仓储费将根据实际产生的金额收取；

13) 报价船期仅供参考,实际船期以运价总表为准
